Gold Motel Debut New Single In Advance Of Lollapalooza & Chicago Appearances
Facing a busy week ahead, Gold Motel has posted a new single on its Bandcamp page. Titled “Leave You In Love,” the track is an upbeat and sunny pop rock composition, and can be streamed or downloaded from the player below. The group is planning to write its sophomore full length this fall, and will be road-testing material on upcoming dates with Company Of Thieves. More immediately, lucky ticket-holders can catch Gold Motel tomorrow, August 3rd, opening for Cold War Kids at the Metro for the sold out Nelarusky: A Pre-Lollapalooza Event Benefitting Special Olympics Chicago. More accessible are the band’s appearances the following day, Thursday, August 4th, when Golde Motel guest on WGN News At Noon, followed by an in-store performance at 5:30PM at the Michigan Ave. Apple Store. And of course, the group performs on Sunday, August 7th at 12:15PM on the Playstation Stage at Lollapalooza.
