Suns Preview ‘When We Were Us’ With Three New Tracks
New from orchestral Chicago outfit Suns comes three tracks from the group’s forthcoming debut full length, When We Were Us. The cuts, “Oh My! Dear Love!,” “Strangeland,” and “Field Poison,” can all be streamed below. Along with a video for the track “Smoke,” a Facebook update from the band reveals that the record is finished and downloads have been distributed to all backers of the band’s recent Kickstarter campaign. Though the release date for When We Were Us has yet to be announced, CVU has heard the album, and already backs it as a contender for the best Chicago record of 2012.
