Being veterans of SXSW, it’s no surprise that Flosstradamus made an effort to document its trip to the Austin, TX music festival earlier this month. In addition to two videos capturing the group’s trip, including footage of the DJ duo collaborating with rapper Show You Suck (who himself kept busy at SX this year), the group also kept published a daily recap series via Nylon. Find those installments below, followed by the SX recap clips.
Also new in the group’s world is the release of their cut “Hood Fantasy,” which chops and screws Ludacris‘ “What’s Your Fantasy.” Find that treatment below.
And for those who may have missed it, the act’s recent Total Recall EP is still available now as a free download. Stream or download that EP below, followed by the Total Recall EP Minimix video and the title track’s treatment.
To kick off the new year, Flosstradamus is following up its late 2011 Jubilation EP release with a new track, titled “Total Recall.” The song has a futuristic feel and can be streamed below alongside the track’s globetrotting video by Thunder Horse, both following Flosstradamus’ winter 2011 CVU podcast interview in support of Jubilation.
