Dark dance rock outfit PYYRAMIDS have posted the video for “Don’t Go,” off the group’s Human Beings EP, which dropped at the end of 2011. The treatment, which premiered at The A.V. Club, employs a fun approach focusing on a single young girl playing off elementary school play type props and backdrops. Find that clip below, following frontwoman Drea Smith’s CVU podcast interview from late last year.

Last month, CVU reported on Gemini Club‘s forthcoming EP, Here We Sit, which drops April 17th. Now, the first video from that effort has hit the web. The Felix Culpa‘s full documentary feature, To We, The Nearly Departed, has now hit the web. The feature, directed by filmmaker Nick Cavalier, explores the late great post-hardcore band’s final days. Earlier this month, CVU reported on Rise Against‘s cover of Bob Dylan‘s “The Ballad of Hollis Brown,” off the Chimes Of Freedom compilation. Now, an official video has hit the web. Find the group’s description below.

“The Ballad of Hollis Brown” was about one farmer who falls on hard times, but I don’t think anyone from that time period could imagine how our entire agricultural system would fall on hard times. We wanted to make a video that would let the audience know that these problems aren’t exclusive to the time period Bob Dylan was singing about, and in fact they’ve grown exponentially. A farmer’s enemies aren’t just drought or floods anymore, they are now everything from over-powerful corporations to short-sighted immigration policies.

Chicago singer-songwriter Mark Rose is set to take the stage tonight, Sunday, February 19th, at Lincoln Hall as support for Stay Golden (tix).
